  • Dairy: 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, 60 g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese, 30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
  • Spices & Seasonings: 1 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning (to taste), 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt (plus more to taste)

Instructions

Step 1:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 5:
Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6:
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
Step 7:
Return sausage to the skillet. Add cooked penne and toss everything together until coated and heated through. Adjust seasoning as needed.
