02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

08 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
09 - 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
10 - 2 teaspoons honey for drizzling
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Divide the oat mixture evenly between two jars or airtight containers.
03 - Layer sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios on top of each portion of oat mixture.
04 - Cover containers and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until oats are fully softened and flavors have melded.
05 - Remove from refrigerator, stir gently if desired, and drizzle each serving with 1 teaspoon of honey before consuming.
