A quick, flavorful wrap featuring turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and cheese for an easy holiday twist.
# What You'll Need:
→ Leftovers
01 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage, as preferred)
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
04 - 1/2 cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
→ Dairy
05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
→ Wraps
06 - 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
→ For cooking
07 - 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil
# Directions:
01 - Place a tortilla flat on a cutting board and cut a single straight line from the center to the edge.
02 - Divide the tortilla into four quarters; place half the turkey on the first, half the stuffing on the second, half the cranberry sauce on the third, and half the cheese on the fourth quarter.
03 - Starting at the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then the third, and finally the fourth to form a layered triangular wrap.
04 - Use the remaining ingredients to assemble the second wrap following the same method.
05 - Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
06 - Serve wraps warm, with optional gravy for dipping.
