# Directions:

01 - Using a sharp knife, slice a thin piece off the base of the watermelon so it sits flat.
02 - Cut a wedge from one end to form the open mouth of the shark and scoop out most of the flesh with a melon baller, reserving the balls for the board.
03 - Carve triangular teeth along the mouth edge using a paring knife.
04 - Stack a mini marshmallow or banana slice with a black grape or blueberry for each eye, then secure above the mouth using toothpicks.
05 - Place the reserved watermelon balls spilling from the shark's mouth onto a large serving platter.
06 - Surround the shark with the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and orange segments in colorful waves.
07 - Fill in remaining spaces with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves for garnish.
